What motivates one to get up off the couch and get started is not what will motivate someone else.

The key is to figure out and decide WHY is this important to you.
The difference between wanting something, desiring something, going through the motions, and actually achieving that goal and shifting your mindset, boils down to tapping into the motivation you need when the going gets tough, when old ways come creeping back in….identifying your deeper why will help you shift your mindset permanently.

Do you remember that girl that gave up? Exactly we all don’t ever remember the one’s that give up. We find inspiration in those that don’t give up. especially those who don’t give up when things get tough.
